ZETA Visits New Zealand Partner to Strengthen Product and Market Alignment

July 2026 | New Zealand

Mr. Leo, Managing Director of SD International, recently visited ZETA’s partner in New Zealand to gain a closer understanding of local tyre inventory levels, product operations and channel requirements. The visit also provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions on product portfolio planning and future market collaboration.

Unlike the previous visit in Melbourne, which focused primarily on retail operations, this visit went further into warehousing and product management. During the visit, Mr. Leo reviewed the partner’s tyre inventory and warehouse operations, gaining insight into stock allocation, product turnover and actual sales demand. This provided ZETA with a clearer view of the New Zealand market from a frontline operational perspective.

The two sides also discussed current product performance, market feedback and future product offerings in light of local road conditions, vehicle usage and consumer needs. Through direct communication, ZETA gained a better understanding of how different products perform in the local market, providing useful reference for future portfolio optimisation and channel support.

Inventory reflects more than supply capacity—it also reveals actual product demand within the distribution channel. The visit allowed ZETA to better understand the partner’s stock planning, sales operations and product promotion, while strengthening the flow of information between the brand and its local channel partners.

Moving forward, ZETA will continue to draw on frontline market feedback, work with partners to refine product planning and improve supply coordination, and provide more market-focused support for sustainable growth in New Zealand.
